The app

Your use of the Sculpt Cues iPhone app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these terms.

Subscriptions and purchases

• Sculpt Cues offers Monthly and Annual subscriptions and a one-time Lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
• Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Exercise safety

Sculpt Cues is a planning and cueing tool for qualified fitness teachers. It is not medical advice and is not a medical device. Intensity scores and overwork warnings are guides, not guarantees. You are responsible for choosing movements that suit your participants and for teaching them safely.

Your content

Flows, notes and movements you create are yours. When you share a Flow, you confirm you have the right to share it, and the person you send it to may use it in their own classes.

Our content

The app, the movement library, images, text and branding belong to Sculpt Cues. You may use them to plan and teach your classes, but not copy, resell or redistribute them.

This website

Articles on this website are general information for fitness professionals. We may update or remove them at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Sculpt Cues is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
